Main Street is closed early for parade setup. Suggested parking is north of Main Street, and Waverly Avenue is noted for parking south of Main Street. Packet pickup and day of registration are located near the intersection of West Avenue and Main Street in front of Blue Point Brewery. Bibs serve as a beer ticket for one free beer at the Pubs of Patchogue for participants aged 21 and over.
First 300 registrants receive a technical tee. There is a "Most Irish Looking" costume contest with a chance to win $100. Awards listed include $100 to the top male and top female overall, $100 for Most Irish Looking, recognition for the top law enforcement officer, and top three male and female finishers in multiple age divisions from 14 and under through 75 and over.
