The St. Patrick's Day Costume Run in Gretna is a festive community event. The main event is a 2.5-mile run/walk through the town of Gretna, Virginia.
A 1/4-mile kids run will be held prior to the main run/walk. Participants are encouraged to wear green. There is no entry fee for the races, but donations are accepted, with proceeds benefiting the Gretna Running Club and Gretna Cross Country Teams. All participants receive an award.
