The 18th Annual St. Patrick's Day race takes place on Saturday, March 14, 2026, in Denton, Maryland. The race day program includes the following events:

- 1 mile Fun Run/Walk
- 200m Kiddie Dash (ages 5 and under)
The event benefits Caroline County youth by offering scholarships for summer camp and other programs. Caroline County Recreation and Parks is listed as the sponsor/host. Awards include custom overall male and female, Masters, and top three in five-year age groups from ages 6-8 through 70 and over. The race offers t-shirts.
