Run the Vineyards - Harvest Ridge Winery is the 8th annual 5K held at Harvest Ridge Winery, 447 Westville Road, Marydel, DE 19964, on Saturday, June 20, 2026. The event lists a registration price of $44 and notes that the price increases after January 1, 2026. The race is rain or shine and the organizer states no refunds or deferrals.
Course and race features
The course runs through the winery property and includes two vineyards, a wooded trail, a crownstone marker of the historical Mason-Dixon line, and some country roads. The 5K is professionally chip-timed with instant results. A custom tech tee in women's, adult/men's, and youth sizes is included; a women's racerback tank top is available for a $5 upgrade. Registrants are advised to register by June 7 to guarantee first choice of apparel.
Finishers receive a complimentary glass of wine and a Run the Vineyards stemless wine glass; additional wine is available for purchase. Finisher medals are available for $8 during registration or $10 on race day. The event provides water stations, course volunteers, and finish line water and bananas. Packet pick-up is on race day at the "Good Day for a Run" tent behind the winery from 7:30 to 8:30 AM.
After-race activities
Post-race activities include awards for top 3 male and female overall and age group awards (14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, and every 10 years), live music until noon, a food truck, lawn games, indoor and outdoor seating, and free downloadable race and after-party photos.
