The St. Leonard 5K and Fitness Walk in Honor of Veterans takes place on June 20, 2026, at the St Leonard Campus, 8100 Clyo Rd, Dayton, OH 45458. The event is the 20th annual running of this 5K and fitness walk. Proceeds benefit the Campus Initiative Fund, which supports activities, programs and new initiatives for St. Leonard residents. The course is described as scenic and residents will be present along the route. The event is pet and child friendly. First aid and water stations are provided. Parking is available on campus. A free kids fun run is offered and participants in that run receive participation ribbons. Breakfast is provided following the race.
Registration, fees and awards
Registration opens February 6, 2026. Fee options include a single entry of $30, a family entry of $90 (up to four adults age 13+), and free entry for kids 12 and under (no t-shirt). Participants who register by June 9 are eligible for a t-shirt and breakfast; registrations after June 9 do not have a guaranteed t-shirt. Day-of registration is listed at $35 for a single entry. Awards include overall top three male and female finishers, and gold, silver and bronze medals for the top three individuals in each age group within male and female divisions.
