St. John the Baptist 2 Miler
The St. John the Baptist 2 Miler is a running and walking event held in Tipp City, Ohio. Organized by the St. Gabriel the Archangel Family of Parishes, the race provides an alternative distance to the standard 5k. The event takes place at Kyle Park and utilizes a flat course that runs through the park and along an adjacent walking path.
Participants can choose to compete individually or as part of a team. The event features a team race category where male, female, and co-ed teams with at least five members are scored based on the combined times of their five fastest finishers. Refreshments are provided for participants at the venue.
The event includes several award categories:

The top overall male and female finishers receive special prizes and permanent free entry to future editions of the race. Additionally, awards are presented to the top three male and female finishers across various age groups, ranging from 10 and under to 70 and over.
The registration structure includes options for participation with or without an event t-shirt. Youth participants aged 17 and under and seniors aged 65 and over are eligible for a registration discount.
