Event overview
The St. Benedict School Tenth Annual Turkey Trot is a Thanksgiving Day 5K event on November 27, 2025 in Cambridge, OH (43725). It offers two options: a 5K chip-timed race and a 5K non-timed fun run/walk that is not eligible for awards. Entry fees are $30 for pre-registration through November 26 and $35 for race day registration. Proceeds will benefit students of St. Benedict School for tuition assistance and scholarships.
Course, awards and logistics
The course is a flat, paved out-and-back on the Great Guernsey Trail, beginning and ending at the Cambridge end (63200 Corduroy Rd.). Timing services are provided by a professional timing company. Live results will be available, with an onsite results kiosk and optional email and live text notifications.
Awards are presented to the top three overall male and female finishers and to the top three male and female finishers in age groups: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and over. Race awards are handcrafted ceramic medals. The top 10 male and top 10 female finishers also receive a homemade pie and a fresh holiday spruce arrangement. Race packets include a unisex t-shirt and finish line snacks and beverages, including homemade cinnamon rolls.
