St Abbans Fit4Life 4K League
The St Abbans Fit4Life 4K League is a multi-event running series held throughout County Laois. Each event in the series features a distance of 4 km. Participants can pick up their race numbers on the day of the event starting one hour before the official commencement.
The 2026 league consists of six distinct races held across different locations in the region:
- 4 km course in Luggacurran
- 4 km course in Kileen
- 4 km course in Rossmore
- 4 km course in Barrowhouse
- 4 km course in Wolfhill
- 4 km course in Monavea
The fifth race of the series is scheduled to take place in Wolfhill on July 1st. Registration is open for individual races at a cost of 8 euro per event, excluding booking fees. The series is organized by St. Abban's A.C. and provides a structured environment for participants to complete a set distance across various terrains and communities within the local Laois area.
