St Abbans Fit4Life 4K League
The St Abbans Fit4Life 4K League is a multi-round running series taking place throughout the county of Laois. The league consists of six distinct races held across various rural locations. Organized by St Abban's A.C., the series features a standard distance of 4 km for each event in the schedule.
The 2026 league visits several different venues between May and July. Participants can take part in individual rounds held in localized settings including Luggacurran, Kileen, Rossmore, Barrowhouse, and Wolfhill. The sixth and final race of the series is held in Monavea on July 15.
The entry fee for the event is 8 euro per race, plus a booking fee. Participants collect their race numbers on the day of the event from a designated pickup point. The schedule for the league is as follows: Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
