SSW Running Club Club Challenge 5k

The SSW Running Club Club Challenge 5k is scheduled for Wednesday, August 5, 2026, in Tinley Park, IL. The race distance is 5k and the course runs through the trails of Yankee Woods. Race format and awards

Area clubs may enter 3-person teams in male, female, or co-ed formats across three divisions: high school, open, and masters. Team scoring is the sum of the finish times of the three team members. Unattached runners are welcome. Individual awards are given to the top three overall finishers. Age-group awards are presented to the top three in each of these groups: 14 & Under; 15-19; 20-24; 25-29; 30-34; 35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-64; 65-69; and 70 & Older. Following the race, participants may receive one free appetizer at an awards ceremony held at Oliver's in Oak Forest.
