Sri Chinmoy 7-Mile in Prospect Park
The Sri Chinmoy 7-Mile is a road race held in Prospect Park, Brooklyn, NY, with a course based on the park loop. The 7-Mile distance is laid out as two full loops of the park plus a short out-and-back segment along Center Drive on the second loop. The course runs counterclockwise on the pedestrian lane of the main Park Drive and includes some hills as it passes through forest and meadow areas.
Course landmarks noted for the route include the Lincoln Road lawns, Battle Pass, Nellie’s Lawn, Long Meadow, Lookout Hill, Prospect Park Lake, and the finish at Harry’s Wall.
