Race to Deliver 4M to Benefit God's Love We Deliver
Race to Deliver is a four mile road race held in Central Park that benefits God's Love We Deliver. The event marks its 33rd running and raises awareness and funds for New Yorkers affected by severe and chronic illnesses. The course distance is 4 Miles and the event is scored and a qualifier for the 9+1 program.
God's Love We Deliver prepares and delivers nutritious, medically tailored meals to people living with more than 200 diagnoses. Last year volunteers delivered 3.7 million meals to nearly 15,000 individuals; all meals are provided free of charge. All participants in the race receive a New Balance long sleeve tech t-shirt.
The event includes a free Rising NYRR Stage 1 kids race for ages 2 to 11; registration is required for the kids race. NYRR offers training resources including in-person group training, virtual coaching through NYRR x Runna, and free training guides. Race amenities include on-site awards for top finishers in overall divisions and age group awards claim procedures after the race. Clear plastic bag check is available with a recommended bag no larger than 17 inches wide by 20 inches high by 7 inches deep.
