Squamish Off-Road Triathlon
The Squamish Off-Road Triathlon is a multisport competition held at Alice Lake Provincial Park in Squamish, British Columbia. The event features swimming, mountain biking, and trail running across different distances. Every participant receives a racer gift at the package pick up.
Athletes can choose from the following categories:
- Championship: 1.5 km swim, 25 km mountain bike, and 10 km trail run.
- Sport: 750 m swim, 12 km mountain bike, and 5 km trail run.
- Relay: Teams of 2 or 3 people completing the Championship distance (1.5 km / 25 km / 10 km).
For relay teams, all members must register and pay individually. Registration fees include mandatory Triathlon BC insurance. Transfers between the Sport and Championship categories are permitted until May 15 for a small fee. The event policy states that there are no refunds, deferrals, or credits issued by the organizer unless the optional enhanced refund protection was selected during the registration process. The competition utilizes the natural landscape of the provincial park for all three disciplines. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
