Sprint to Flint 5K & 1M Run/Walk : Larchmont
This community running event in Larchmont takes place at Flint Park Playhouse on Locust Avenue. It features multiple distance options and activities along the course, including live bands and a local DJ. The Tots Run is a short dash inside Flint Park toward the soccer fields and back; all tots receive a finisher ribbon and a T-shirt. Organizers encourage participants to bring refillable water bottles and note that compost stations will be available.
Awards for the 5K and 1 Mile are based on chip time, not gun time. The one-mile awards apply to children 12 and under only. A 2025 award structure is listed as an example and organizers hope to confirm similar awards again. New in 2026, race medals are provided for all kid participants.
Bib pickup is available the evening before at Flint Park Playhouse and on race day. Timed entry registration closes before the event; untimed bibs may be available on site for a donation.
