Sprint to Flint 5K 1M Larchmont 2026
The Sprint to Flint event in Larchmont, NY is a community run and walk held on May 29, 2026 at Flint Park Playhouse. The program includes multiple distances and a short tots dash for children aged six and under. Registration categories include:

- 1 Mile Run/Walk
- Tots 200 meter dash for ages 6 and under
Registration options include personalized bib names if registered about three weeks before the event and a limited option for adults to purchase race shirts if registered before May 4. Kids receive race t-shirts with registration and new in 2026 all child participants receive medals.
The event features live bands along the 1 Mile and 5K routes, pizza and summer fruits after the race, music from a local DJ, free event photos provided after the event, and same-day finish line photos. Organizers request participants bring refillable water bottles and note compost stations will be available.
Awards for the 5K and 1 Mile are based on chip time. The 1 Mile has awards for children 12 and under and the 5K includes age-group awards across multiple categories.
