About the race
The Springbank Road Races take place on September 27, 2026, at Springbank Park, Commissioners Road West, London, ON, Canada. The event is part of the SoleScience Race Series and the London Road Races Race Series. It continues a tradition of road racing in London that spans 59 years and has featured a variety of race distances over time. The current format includes a half marathon, a 5K, and shorter races for youth and children.
The course uses the park pathways and follows the paved pathway system along the Thames River. The half marathon route starts with a small loop of Springbank Park followed by an out and back along the Thames River path system. The 5K is an out and back loop of Springbank Park. The kiddy trot is about 250 metres and is open to children aged 1 to 12 with parents allowed to run alongside. The 2.1k Mini Half is a short race for younger runners.
