Springbank Relays

The Springbank Relays is a team-based running event held at Springbank Park in London, Ontario. The race is located at 1085 Commissioners Road West and features a relay format where teams of three participants complete alternating loops of the park trails.

Participants can choose from several event categories based on distance and age:

3 Loop Teams: Each of the three runners completes three individual loops of approximately 2.3km, totaling 6.9km per person.
Single Loop Teams: Each of the three runners completes one single loop of the course.
Kiddy Trot: A short run of approximately 250m designed for younger participants.
Single Runner: Individuals without a team can register to be assigned to a group of three by the event organizers.
