Springbank Relays

The Springbank Relays is a team relay race for teams of three runners. It takes place on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at Springbank Park in London, Ontario, Canada.

Two main team formats are available. "3 Loop" teams run three loops of approximately 2.3 km each, for a total of 6.9 km per runner. "Single Loop" teams run one loop per person. A 250 m "Kiddy Trot" is also offered for young runners.

Awards are given for the fastest team in various categories, as well as for the best team name and best outfits. Individual runners can register without a team and will be assigned to one by the organizers.
