Spring Water Festival 5K
The 45th Annual Spring Water Festival includes a 5K walk and run on August 22, 2026, in Williamston, South Carolina. The course starts and finishes in the parking lot beside McDonald’s at 4 W Main St. All proceeds are designated for renovations to Mineral Spring Park.
Registration information lists a $15 fee and gives a bib and a timing chip. Race shirts are available as an add-on for $12 each if requested before April 18, 2026. Registration opens August 25, 2025 and closes February 27, 2026.
Prizes in the form of cash and gift cards will be awarded to the top three female and the top three male finishers. Packet pickup is scheduled on race day. The event is presented as part of the annual Spring Water Festival and is identified as a community fundraising activity supporting park improvements.
