Spring Water Festival 5K

The 45th Annual Spring Water Festival will feature a community 5K walk/run on May 2, 2026, in Williamston, South Carolina. The course starts and finishes at the parking lot beside McDonald’s at 4 W Main St, 29697. Event proceeds will support renovations for Mineral Spring Park.

Registration opens on August 25, 2025 and closes on February 27, 2026. The stated registration fee is $15. The registration package includes a race bib and timing chip. Race shirts are available as an add-on for $12 per shirt.

Packet pickup will be held on the morning of the event. Cash and gift card prizes will be awarded to the top three female finishers and the top three male finishers. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
