SC Superheroes in Motion Walk/Run/Roll 5K and 1 Mile
The event takes place on 09/05/2026 at 840 Mauldin Rd, Greenville, SC. It combines an in-person 5K and a 1 mile fun run with an option for a virtual 5K held Sept 1–7, 2026. Participants are invited to wear superhero costumes.

Trophies are awarded for the 5K overall top finishers for males and females in places 1 through 3. Separate trophies are listed for the first male and first female masters (40+), and for the first male and first female rollers (wheelchair). Age-group awards for the 5K will be given to the first three males and first three females in each age group. Age groups are 14 and under; 15-19; 20-24; 25-29; 30-34; 35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-64; 65-69; 70-75; 75+.
All participants in the 5K and 1 mile receive a medal at the finish line. Virtual participants will also receive medals. Registration fees listed include $35 for the 5K, $15 for the 1 mile, $15 for a shirt only option, and $35 for the virtual 5K.
