Miles for Smiles 5K - Anderson County
Miles for Smiles 5K is a community running event held at Anderson Mall on August 22, 2026. The event is presented by Foothills Community Health Care to support the Building Bright Smiles capital campaign and to raise funds for a new dentistry division. Funds will help bring dental care to more patients in Anderson, Clemson, and Easley.
The event features a timed 5K with Live Results. All registered runners will receive a Gildan shirt bearing the race logo. Race packet pick-up opens at the starting location 90 minutes before the race. The course is described as similar to the Electric City Gobbler course.
Registration opens May 21, 2026 at 12:00 and closes August 14, 2026 at 23:59. The registration fee is $35.00. Awards will be given as age group prizes for the top three men and women and for the top three masters male and female runners. The event is planned to proceed rain or shine.
