Event overview
Spring Training Camp is a weekend trail running training camp in Oliverea, NY, organized by The Running Kind and Metta Performance. The camp takes place over three days, starting Friday, May 22 and ending Sunday, May 24, 2026. It is designed for runners who are healthy, in good fitness, and have trail experience; recommended benchmarks include road runners who can cover a half marathon in about 2 hours or trail runners with at least one year of experience. The camp is not open to runners under 21. The Catskill terrain includes technical scrambles, runnable ridgelines, and long vertical climbs.
