Event Overview
The Spring into Health 5k is a 5 km run/walk event taking place on April 19, 2026. It is the 15th annual edition of the event.
Location & Logistics
The event is held at Kettering College, located at 3737 Southern Blvd. in Kettering, Ohio. Participants are instructed to park in the large lot on the east side of Southern Blvd.
Packet pickup is available before the event on Friday, April 17, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM outside Kettering College. Race day packet pickup and entry is also available on site.
Charity & Awards
The event is a fundraiser benefiting Good Neighbor House, a Dayton-based nonprofit that has served the community for over 30 years. Funds raised support medical, dental, vision, and mental health care, as well as food and basic needs assistance.
Awards are given to the overall male and female finishers, as well as to the first, second, and third place male and female finishers in several age groups. All race finishers are entered into a drawing for a door prize.
Registration
Registration for the 5k Run is $35.00 ($25.00 for ages 0-12). The price increases after April 7, 2026. Registering by April 7 guarantees a t-shirt. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
