Spread the Love Annual 5K Run and Walk
Spread the Love is the Soul Tea Foundation’s 5th annual run and walk held in Fort Worth, Texas, to benefit the foundation’s programs. The event takes place at Martin House Brewing Company in Fort Worth and supports the foundation’s mission to help opportunity challenged and financially disadvantaged individuals move from surviving to thriving through self-discovery workshops that lead to a personalized life plan and three next-step pathways: career advancement, job placement with community partners, or entrepreneurial certification.
Distances offered include:
- 5K Run/Walk (chip timed)
- 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk
- Virtual 5K
- Kids Under 12 category
Race features include a flat course, chip timing, custom finisher medals for all finishers, free snacks and refreshments, a kid zone, raffle prizes with one free raffle ticket per swag bag, and two free craft beers for participants over 21 in the tap room. Awards are given two deep in 5-year age brackets for the 5K and include overall male and female categories and a race walkers division.
Registration has tiered pricing with lower rates for early registration and higher rates for race day. Online registration ends October 2, 2026. A t-shirt for same-day registrants is not guaranteed. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
