Stations supply bottled water, with coke and electrolyte served in cups; the 13.4 and 22.4 mile points are designated special needs stations for clearly labelled items, which will be returned to race HQ if left behind. Race HQ will display a full course risk assessment, maps, the race permit and the measurement certificate.

Live results are provided online shortly after the start. Prize awards and age group payout procedures are specified, and the published withdrawal policy applies to entries before and after 27 May 2027.
