Course Details
The event offers three race distances. The 10k is a rolling out-and-back route through Strawberry Park on paved roads. The 5k is also a scenic, rolling road route with one short section on the Butcherknife trail. The Kid’s Fun Run is an 800-meter run consisting of two laps around the Steamboat Springs Middle School track. One aid station is provided at the 10k turnaround point only.
Event Information
The event takes place on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at the Steamboat Springs Middle School. All proceeds benefit the Yampa Valley Autism Program. Leashed pets are welcome. There is plenty of parking in the school lot.
Registration & Awards
Packet pickup and in-person registration are available only at the school on race day. Registration fees vary by distance. An optional T-shirt is available for an additional fee. The awards ceremony is held near the start/finish area after the race. Prizes are given to the first, second, and third-place male and female finishers. Every participant is automatically entered into a post-awards prize raffle. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
