Luck of the Irish - Steamboat Springs Running Series
The Luck of the Irish is a 7k run/walk held on Saturday, March 14, 2026, in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. The event starts and finishes at Steamboat Springs Middle School, 39610 Amethyst Dr, Steamboat Springs, CO 80487. The course passes through the neighborhood of historic downtown Steamboat Springs and offers views of Buffalo Pass and Strawberry Park. The event is stroller and dog friendly. Proceeds benefit the Steamboat Springs Middle School Cross Country and Track and Field programs. There is parking available in the school lot.
Registration, fees and awards
Online and in-person registration is available; packet pick up and in-person registration takes place at the start area inside the middle school on race day. Entry fees are: 18 and over $30 (increases to $35 after February 15 and $40 on race day) and 17 and under $15 ($20 on race day). Prices do not include RunSignup fees. The awards ceremony is held after the race near the start/finish area. Prizes are given for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place male and female finishers. Every participant is entered in a prize raffle.
