Speedway 5000
The Speedway 5000 takes place at Nashville Superspeedway in Lebanon, TN on May 2, 2026. The event offers a 5K and a 1 lap race on paved track surfaces with wide turns; the 5K course is described as fast and flat.
Every participant receives a commemorative medal and a participant tee. Registration is non-refundable and non-deferrable; transfers between distances are permitted without a transfer fee but any entry fee difference applies, and transferring to another individual carries a $5 fee. Registration fees listed are $45 for the 5K and $40 for the 1 lap entry. From each registration $2.50 will be donated to Speedway Children's Charities.
Event amenities include restroom facilities at the start and finish areas and first aid available at the start/finish. Free parking is available on-site inside the track. The 5K has a one hour time limit. Dogs are not allowed at the event. The kids run is open to children age 4 and under.
Awards are given at the timing tent with overall top three male and female finishers and age-group awards across categories from Youth (14 and under) through Grandest Seniors (80+). Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
