Gallatin Shamrock Run 5k & 10k (Tennessee)
The 13th Annual Gallatin Shamrock Run takes place in Historic Downtown Gallatin and begins at Gallatin City Hall. The route winds through downtown streets on a primarily flat course. Two distance options are offered:
- 5K
- 10K
The 10K uses the 5K course twice and has a 90 minute completion limit. The 5K is grouped by estimated completion time and must be completed within 60 minutes. Participants are encouraged to wear St. Patrick’s Day attire; awards for Best St. Patrick’s Day Costume and Most Team Spirit are presented before the race and prizes for male and female finishers are awarded after the race.
Proceeds benefit the Gallatin Chamber Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization that supports enhancement projects and initiatives within the City of Gallatin. General event notes include a designated packet pickup location at The Station, 117 W Main St, parking availability along Smith Street with restrictions on parking along Main Street, Franklin Street, North Water Avenue and the race route, and a policy that only clear backpacks are permitted during the race. Race shirts are guaranteed for registrations completed by February 10, 2026. Registrations are nonrefundable but may be transferred through March 11, 2026.
