Event Overview
The Special Olympics DC Run for Inclusion is a community event focused on supporting athletes and promoting inclusion across Washington. The event takes place at The Wharf, providing a high-energy environment for participants to run or walk in support of Special Olympics DC and the Law Enforcement Torch Run.
Course and Logistics
The event features a 5 km course that participants can complete by running or walking. The venue is located at The Wharf, which is accessible via public transportation. Both L'Enfant Plaza and Waterfront Metro stations are approximately a 10-15 minute walk from the site. While parking garages and lots are available nearby, space is limited and provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

Registered participants receive a commemorative event t-shirt and lunch provided by Jersey Mike's Subs. Those who cannot attend the event in person have the option to register as a supporter to receive a t-shirt.
