Spartan Spirit 5K 2026
The Spartan Spirit 5K is scheduled for Saturday, May 30, 2026, in downtown Somerville. The course runs through the historic streets of downtown and both the start and finish are at Immaculata High School, 240 Mountain Avenue, Somerville, NJ.
Funds raised by the event support the financial aid efforts of parish schools. Race entry includes post-race awards, breakfast, and access to a beverage garden. Event sponsorship opportunities are available.

Registration opens February 20, 2026, with an early bird adult fee through March 31, 2026. Published fees include an early bird adult rate, a student rate for participants under 18, a higher pre-race rate, and a same-day registration rate. Bib pick-up is offered the evening before at the Somerville Elks Lodge and on race day at the Immaculata High School gym entrance.
Awards are presented by overall place and by age group. Categories include overall male and female, overall alumni male and female, and age-group awards for both male and female runners across specified age brackets; awards use Compuscore scoring and duplicate awards are not given.
Parking on site is limited; nearby Immaculate Conception Church and School parking is listed as an option and street parking in the immediate area is limited. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
