Rockin' Breakfast Run
The Rockin' Breakfast Run is an annual fundraising event presented by The Arc of Somerset County. The proceeds support programs for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Somerset County.
The event features two main activities. A timed 5K run takes place on a flat course, with half of the route adjacent to the water, offering views of Duke Island and the Raritan River & Canal. There is also a Walk option on the same scenic route.
Participants receive a shirt or tank top, a finisher medal, and a breakfast sandwich after the event. Awards are given to the top three male and female overall finishers, top finishers in various age groups, and the top three fundraisers.
The event is held at Duke Island Park in Bridgewater Township, New Jersey. A price increase for the 5K run takes place after March 31, 2026, and for the walk after April 30, 2026. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
