Sparta Half Marathon 5K
The event takes place in Sparta, Wisconsin on June 27, 2026, with the base location at 1001 Milwaukee St, Sparta 54656, US. It is the first edition of the Sparta Half Marathon and associated 10K and 5K races.
The course runs on the Sparta-Elroy bike trail and then winds back through country roads, passing through local countryside scenery. Multiple race options are offered on the same day:
- 13.1 Miles, half marathon on the bike trail and country roads
- 6.2 Miles, 10K distance
- 3.1 Miles, 5K distance
- 3.1 Miles, 5K group entry
Registration opens on January 15, 2026 and closes on March 31, 2026. Registration fees listed by event are $65 for the half marathon, $40 for the 10K, $30 for the 5K, and $60 for the 5K group entry.
