Space Pirate 100
The Space Pirate 100 is an ultra-distance running event held along the Florida Space Coast and Treasure Coast. The course takes participants through historic sites and beach towns, moving south along the coastline. The event concludes with a finish on the sand at Jensen Beach Park, where participants open a treasure chest to receive their finisher's buckle.
The race offers several distance options to accommodate different goals:
- 100 Miler
- 100 Mile 3 Person Relay
- 50 Miler
- 33.3 Miler
The 100 Miler begins at Manatee Sanctuary Park in Cape Canaveral and has a total time limit of 31 hours. The 33.3 Miler and 50 Miler events start at Pepper Beach Park in Fort Pierce. All distances are designated as support crew only, meaning runners must provide their own support throughout the course.
Participation is limited to 100 runners across the event. Professional timing is provided for all participants. Awards include custom themed items produced by Wicked Skins Athletics. Packet pickup is available the evening before the race at the start location in Cape Canaveral, with late pickup options for specific distances at Pepper Beach Park.
