Space Pirate 100
Space Pirate 100 is an ultramarathon event held on Saturday, February 20, 2027, along Florida’s Space Coast and Treasure Coast. The course follows the coastline and passes historic sites, coastal views, and beach towns, with specific locations including Port Canaveral, Pepper Beach Park in Fort Pierce, and Jensen Beach Park.
The event offers the following distances:
- 100 Miler
- 100 Mile 3 Person Relay
- 50 Miler
- 33.3 Miler
The field is limited to 100 runners. All events are designated support crew only. The finish takes place on the beach in the sand, where finishers open a Space Pirate Treasure Chest to receive a finisher's buckle. The overall cutoff for the event is 31 hours.
Packet pickup is scheduled the day before the race and there is a late packet pickup the morning of the 33.3 Miler and 50 Miler at Pepper Beach Park. Professional race timing is provided by MCMTiming. Custom space and pirate themed awards are produced by Wicked Skins Athletics.
Registration closes on Friday, February 19. There are no refunds of registration fees; the organizer may offer a one-time deferral for participants who cannot attend due to injury or other circumstances, and participants should contact the organizer to inquire.
