Southern Tier Triathlon Club Summer Tri Series #2 : Cassadaga, NY
This event is the second race in the Southern Tier Triathlon Club Summer Tri Series, held in the lakeside community of Cassadaga, NY on Park Avenue. It is one race in a three-race series where competitors earn points at each race; overall placings from Champion to fifth place are recognized separately for male and female categories at the end of the season.
The program includes a Super Sprint triathlon format with the following discipline distances:
- 400 m swim
- 13 mile bike
- 2 mile run
Two event options are listed: a Sprint Triathlon and a Sprint AquaBike. The AquaBike option is available to individual athletes only and is not available for relay teams. Relay teams are accepted for the triathlon format. Paratriathletes are welcomed.
