Southern Cross 24 Hour : overview
The inaugural Southern Cross 24 Hour event is scheduled for 28–29 March 2026 in Adelaide. It is organised by Phoenix Running Australia Pty Ltd and will take place at Felixstow Reserve on Riverside Drive, SA 5070, on the banks of Karrawirra Parri. AUTRA members are offered a 10% event discount.
Course and event format
The course is a flat, shaded 1 km loop measured to international standards. Multiple timed events are offered across the weekend:
- 24 Hour
- 12 Hour (runs through the night)
- 6 Hour
- 3 Hour (takes place on the morning of 29 March 2026)
The 12 Hour, 6 Hour and 3 Hour events are scheduled to run alongside the main 24 Hour event over the same venue and loop. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
