Entry transfers and participant detail changes have an organiser set deadline; distance changes are permitted until a later event deadline. Chip timing is attached to the rear of the race number and race photos are linked to the race number barcode.
On-course services include five water stations with an additional station for the marathon, GU Energy gels supplied on marathon and half marathon courses, pacers for the half marathon and 10K, and toilets located at water stations and key points such as Weston Shore, Riverside Park and near the start area. There are no on-route showers. Headphone use is subject to UK Athletics guidance and the organiser’s safety assessment.
All finishers receive a medal at the finish distribution in Guildhall Square. Podium awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in each distance, with additional veteran age categories for the longer distances. Results and race photos are published after the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
