ABP Southampton Marathon Festival 2026
The ABP Southampton Marathon Festival is a major running event held on the South Coast of England. The festival attracts over 10,000 participants and features a variety of distances to suit different preferences. For 2026, the event introduces a new start line located at Dock Gate 8, City Cruise Terminal.
Race morning features a historic Spitfire flypast over the new start line. The event also hosts an after-party with live music and family activities. Participants can choose to run for several charity partners, including Macmillan Cancer Support and Southampton Hospitals Charity.

- 21K (Half Marathon)
- 10K
- 5K
- Fun Run (1 mile)
The 2026 edition marks the beginning of the Penta Marathon Series. Runners who participate in the event will receive a finisher medal and t-shirt; the medal is the first of five pieces that will combine to form the Hampshire Rose by the year 2030. Support services provided during the races include pacers and event cyclists. David Lloyd Southampton leads the event warm-up, and nutrition stations along the course are supported by GU Energy as the official nutrition partner.
