Event overview
The Southampton MoRun takes place on Sunday 9 November 2025 at Southampton Common, The Avenue, Southampton, SO15 7NN. The event is organised by MoRunning and supports the charity Movember. Earlybird entries open in summer 2025 and entries close on 1 November 2025; on-the-day entries may be available. The event hub is located inside the park next to the playground and the Hawthorns cafe.

The course is a mix of path and trail with some grass sections at the start. The route is undulating, dog friendly, and generally OK for buggies, though some sections can be bumpy or muddy. The 5k is one lap, the 10k is two laps, and the half marathon comprises an initial 1.1k loop followed by four full laps. Full race chip timing is used and instant results are provided; placings are based on gun time and both gun and net times are available. Every finisher receives a MoRunning medal and a finisher headband. Drinks and sweets are available at the finish. Toilets are located in the event hub and bag storage is provided under manned gazebos with limited space. Parking in and around the park is limited.
