Soup 2 Nutz Duathlon, Predator Ridge Ellison Landing, May 24, 2026
Soup 2 Nutz is a community duathlon held on Predator Ridge trails, with course sections running through Ellison Provincial Park. The event offers solo entries, team relays, and an e bike category, and allows competitors to race run only or ride only.
The distances offered:
- 10 km Trail Run
- 10 km Mountain Bike or E bike
Online registration closes May 21, 2026. Entry fees are set by the organizer and there are no refunds. Participants must sign a waiver before racing. Race packet pickup occurs at the event location on the event day.
Safety provisions include a first aid tent at the start/finish, aid stations with water, Tailwind and small snacks, and course marshals who may stop or remove participants for safety or rule violations. A token system is used for team transitions and must be presented at the finish. Mandatory gear includes a helmet while riding and at least 500 ml of water for bike and run. The event is cupless so participants must bring their own cup.
Environmental rules apply on provincial park land: remain on designated trails, do not shortcut, and do not litter. Prizing is awarded to the top three male and top three female finishers in each event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
