Soup 2 Nutz Duathlon - Predator Ridge

Soup 2 Nutz is a community trail event held on Predator Ridge Resort trails, starting from Ellison Landing on May 24, 2026. The event offers solo and team formats and allows participants to enter only the run or only the bike portion.

The duathlon combines a trail running leg and a mountain bike or e-bike leg. Team transitions use a token passed from runner to rider at the start/finish area. An aid station is located at the start/finish with water, Tailwind, and small snacks. The course runs on provincial park lands and participants must stay on marked trails; short cutting and littering are prohibited.

Key practical details and rules: online registration deadline is May 21, 2026; early entry fees start at CAN 15 for solo entries and CAN 30 for teams; no refunds; signing a waiver is mandatory. The event is cupless so participants must bring their own cup. A helmet is mandatory for the bike section and a minimum of 500 ml of water is required for bike and run. First aid and race marshals are provided; marshals and aid station staff may stop or remove participants for safety or rule breaches.
