Soup 2 Nutz Duathlon at Predator Ridge Ellison Landing
Soup 2 Nutz is a community trail event held on Predator Ridge Resort trails and through Ellison Provincial Park. The event offers options for solo competitors, relay teams, and e‑bikes.

- 10 km Trail Run
- 10 km Mountain Bike or E‑bike
The event is described as low-cost with an example entry fee of CAN: $15 for some categories; UltraSignup fees and taxes may apply. Package pickup and bike drop off occur before race day and participants must sign required waivers prior to pickup.
Aid stations will provide water, Tailwind, and small snacks; participants must bring their own cup. Helmets are mandatory for the bike sections and participants must carry at least 500 ml of water while biking and running. Recommended items include a small first aid kit, whistle, and basic medications.
Race rules stress staying on trails, no littering, and respecting marshals and volunteers. Marshals and aid station staff may stop or disqualify participants for safety or rule violations. Prizes are awarded to the top three male and female finishers in each event. The organizer reserves the right to modify, shorten, or cancel the race for safety or environmental reasons.
