Event Overview
The Soup 2 Nutz Duathlon is a community trail event taking place on May 24th, 2026. The event includes an E-BIKE category for both solo and relay participants. An aid station is located at the start/finish line. All participants must be at least 19 years of age on race day. A signed waiver is mandatory for participation.
Course and Rules
The course traverses trails within the Ellison Provincial Park landscape. Participants must stay on marked trails at all times; short-cutting is prohibited. Mandatory gear includes a water reservoir with a minimum capacity of 500ml and a small amount of emergency food. A helmet is required for the bike segment.
