Soup 2 Nutz Duathlon
Soup 2 Nutz takes place on the Predator Ridge Resort trails, starting from Ellison Landing and running through the landscape of Ellison Provincial Park. The event mixes trail running and mountain biking with options for solo racers, teams, and e-bike entries.
Distances:
- 10 km trail run
- 10 km mountain bike
Participants can enter the full duathlon, only the run, or only the bike. Early entry fees listed are CAN 15 for solo racers and CAN 30 for teams. All registrations are final and the event policy states no refunds.
All participants must sign the required waivers for Predator Ridge and the organizer before pickup. Wearing a helmet and carrying at least 500 ml of water on bike and run are mandatory. Teams use a token system passed from runner to rider at transition; losing the token results in disqualification.
Aid stations will offer water, Tailwind, and small snacks; participants must bring their own cup. Podium prizes are awarded to the top three male and top three female finishers in each event. The event enforces environmental protection rules on park lands: stay on marked trails, no short cutting, and no littering. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
