Some Run is the sixth annual community running and fundraising event held at Bruce Central Park, 1801 N Hwy 175, Seagoville, TX. Proceeds benefit the A-T Children’s Project and its mission to find a cure for A-T, a rare genetic disease. The event includes in-person and virtual participation options and offers a range of formats to accommodate different ways of taking part.
The event program lists packet pick-up at the park gazebo, with an early pick-up opportunity the day before and race-day pick-up at check-in. A large free parking lot is available for participants and volunteers will direct traffic. Infants and toddlers under 36 months may participate for free if riding in a stroller and accompanied by a registered adult; no shirt or medal is provided for those children. Participants registering after September 1, 2026 may not receive a shirt or medal. The event is held rain or shine.
Distances and formats:
- 5K run timed event, cash prizes for top three male and female finishers
- 5K walk/roll untimed participation option
- Shuffle leisurely stroll around the pond
