Sombrero Ultra Running Festival (SURF)
The Sombrero Ultra Running Festival is a timed running event held in Middleburg, FL at the Clay County Regional Sports Complex on February 12, 2027. The event is organized by Sombrero Running and offers multiple timed-distance formats over a weekend.

- 48-hour relays for 2, 3, and 4-person teams
The venue includes a runner's village for tents, canopies, crews, and an RV area. RVs are permitted but there are no RV hookups and an on-site RV fee of $15 is charged. There is a single aid station located at the start/finish area that is passed twice each loop. This is a cupless race; runners must bring their own bottles, hydration vests, or collapsible cups. Aid station items listed include water, Skratch electrolytes, soft drinks, fruits, hot food and protein options.
Medical personnel and physical therapy support will be available on site for the full 48-hour period. Footcare services are planned to support runners. Sanitation protocols will be in place at aid stations to reduce disease transmission.
