Sole Train 5K - Moakley Park, Boston
The Sole Train 5K is the 12th annual 5 kilometer event held at Moakley Park on Columbia Road in Boston, MA. The event includes an open 5K and a youth 5K category for participants up to age 18. Check-in and bib pickup are available on site, and light breakfast items such as granola bars and fruit are provided before the run. A brief program and warm-up take place prior to the start, and a post-run celebration offers pizza, sweet treats, music, lawn games, crafts, and family-oriented activities.
Course and race support details include a water stop located near the 1.5 mile mark and a course map available for participants. Facilities at the picnic area include two porta-potties.
