12th Edition Sole Mates 5k & Brew Fest
The event is a combined 5K run and brew fest presented by Shoes & Brews and Left Hand Brewing in Longmont, Colorado on November 7, 2026. The course is an out-and-back with a scenic lollipop loop along the St. Vrain Greenway. The event offers two race waves: an elite wave for runners planning to finish under 22 minutes and an open wave for all paces, including walkers, dogs, and strollers.
Race entries include Left Hand beer, cider, and food for participants with a bib; alcohol service requires age 21 plus ID. A separate Brew Fest participant ticket is available for non-racers to access the expo beer area. Additional on-site features include a vendor expo, live music, chip timing, free race photos, and a raffle with multiple prizes.
Awards and prizes are offered for overall and age group finishers. Overall prizes include running shoes for some winners and a prize described as the winner's weight in beer from Left Hand Brewing. Age group awards include growlers and crowlers for first and second place in each category. Registered participants receive event swag such as a custom technical race hat and stickers.
