Sole Mates 5k
The Sole Mates 5k is scheduled for Saturday, February 14, 2026, at Halcyon in Alpharetta, Georgia. The starting line is located at the surface parking lot behind Cherry Street Brewpub. Free parking is available in the garage adjacent to the Village Green and other nearby lots.
The event includes three races:
- Sole Mates 5k (5 km walk/run)
- Sole Mates Kids Fun Run for participants 10 years old and under
- Sole Mates Virtual 5k
Each in-person participant receives a custom finisher shirt and a finisher medal. The event offers age group awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. It is described as pet-friendly, welcoming well-behaved dogs on the course, and stroller-friendly for families. A portion of the proceeds benefits EchoSneakers, an organization that provides shoes and support to those in need.
Packet pickup for in-person participants is available at Big Peach Running Co. in Cumming on the day before the race and at the event venue on race day. Virtual participant packets will be mailed after the event if not picked up in-store.
