Sole Circle - Solomons Island 5k
The Sole Circle - Solomons Island 5k is a running and walking event held in the waterfront town of Solomons Island, Maryland. The venue is located at the mouth of the Patuxent River where it meets the Chesapeake Bay. This chip-timed race follows a course that features three water stations distributed along the route to support participants.

The race utilizes a common start and finish area located at 14443 Solomons Island Rd S. Registered participants receive a race t-shirt, with sizes guaranteed for those who complete their registration before April 17, 2026. For those registering after this date, t-shirts are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants can collect their race bibs and packets directly at the event location on the day of the race.
The top three male and female finalists will be recognized during a post-race award ceremony. A trophy is presented to the first-place finisher. Following the event, race photos are made available for participants the next day. Proceeds from the event are used to support veteran programs and services.
