Sole Circle - Solomons Island 5k
The Sole Circle - Solomons Island 5k is a chip-timed 5K held on May 2, 2026 in Solomons Island, Maryland. The route runs in the waterfront town at the mouth of the Patuxent River where it meets the Chesapeake Bay. The event supports veteran programs and services; all donations go directly to those programs.
Race operations are based at 14443 Solomons Island Rd S, Solomons Island, MD 20688. Packet pickup is available at the event; organizers recommend arriving about one hour before the event for bib pickup and check-in. There are three water stations along the route. Race photos will be available the day after the event.
Awards will be presented during a post race award ceremony. A trophy will be presented to first place; the top three men and top three women will receive awards.
Race T-shirts are provided. T-shirts are guaranteed for runners registered before April 10, 2026; additional shirts will be ordered for later registrants on a first-come, first-served basis.
