The S'mores Run Johnson City
The S'mores Run Johnson City is scheduled for Saturday, November 7, 2026 on the Tweetsie Trail in Johnson City. The event offers in-person and virtual participation plus an untimed category for children aged six and under.

The course begins at the Tweetsie Trail trailhead in Johnson City and finishes at mile marker 4. The route is described as flat or slightly downhill and includes permanent mile markers. A water station is located near the Milligan Depot. The event will be electronically timed by a timing provider; participants must wear their bib on the front and avoid folding it. Finishers who have a bib will receive a medal.
The event is dog friendly; dogs must be well socialized, kept on a leash, and their owners are responsible for cleanup. Water will be provided for dogs but animals will not receive medals.
Packet pickup is scheduled on the days before the race at locations to be announced. There is a guaranteed shirt and size deadline of October 24, 2026. The organizer maintains a no refund policy but offers entry transfer, a switch to the virtual option, or deferral to the next year as alternatives.
Awards are given to the top three male and female finishers, male and female masters 40 and older, grandmasters 50 and older, and in age group categories. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
