The Pioneer 5 miles Run takes place on Saturday, December 20, 2025, in Limestone, TN. The event location is 1245 Davy Crockett Park Road, Limestone, TN 37681. The entry fee is $24.32, which includes a $2.32 processing fee. Registration closes on December 18, 2025. The event is open to participants aged 5 to 120.
Awards and other information
The race is owned and managed by the State of Franklin Track Club and is part of the King & Queen Series and the Tennessee Running Tour, included in SFTC's 2025 King & Queen Competition series. David Crockett Birthplace State Park will be open for the race with limited access; because of that limited access there will be no age-group awards ceremony. Each finisher will receive a medal at the finish line, and the overall male and female finishers will receive trophies at the finish line. A donation jar will be available for the "Friends of the Park" to support park restoration. There will be no refunds.
Prizes include Top Overall, Top Masters, Top GrandMasters, Top Senior GrandMasters. Age-group awards (top 3) cover 15 & Under; 16-19; 20-24; 25-29; 30-34; 35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-64; 65-69; 70-74; 75-79; and 80 & Older.
