War Party 10K
War Party 10K takes place on February 21, 2026 at Warriors Path State Park, 490 Hemlock Road, Kingsport, TN 37663. The event is hosted by the State of Franklin Track Club and is part of the Tennessee Running Tour. The race distance is 10K and the event is open to ages 5 to 120.
Chip timing and race management are provided by SFTC. Walkers are welcome and are allowed an early start; only walkers slower than 13 minutes per mile are asked to use the walking start. Walkers are included in the official results and are treated as runners.
Awards are given in overall categories and age groups. Overall awards include Overall, Masters, Grandmaster, and Senior Grandmasters. Age group awards cover the following bands: 0-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, and 70 plus.
The published entry fee structure includes a base fee and a shirt option. Standard entry is $17, a long sleeve shirt option is $32, fees increase to $22 starting two weeks before the race for entries without a shirt, and race day entry without a shirt is $30. Additional shirts are available in the event store for $15 plus fees with limited quantities on race day. There will be no refunds. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
