Smoky Mountain Bigfoot 5K & Fun Run - Townsend, TN

The Smoky Mountain Bigfoot 5K & Fun Run takes place on May 2, 2026, in Townsend, Tennessee. Both a 5K race and an untimed one mile fun run start and finish in front of Peaceful Side Social Brewery & Craft Kitchen at 7967 E Lamar Alexander Parkway. The course follows local backroads and a greenway and returns to the brewery finish arch.

1 Mile Fun Run (untimed)

Entry includes a race t-shirt, a finisher medal with a special lanyard, a sticker, a race bib, free parking with a visible parking pass, and a tear-off voucher for free entry to the Bigfoot Festival. Packet pickup is available at Peaceful Side Social on the Friday before the race and on race morning at the same location. Swag and awards will not be shipped or held after the event.

Pets are not permitted in either race due to insurance regulations. Strollers or wagons are allowed only in the one mile fun run. If a vehicle is moved after the race, a $25 parking fee may apply. Non-running companions requiring festival entry may need to pay an admission fee or purchase advance tickets.
