The American Cancer Society presents the 8th annual February Freeze 5K Timed Run and 1 Mile Walk in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee on Saturday, February 7, 2026. The course begins at The Island in Pigeon Forge and follows the Holiday Lighted RiverWalk and Winterfest lights. The event is facilitated by Sevier County Relay for Life Teams, and all proceeds benefit the American Cancer Society.

Pre-registration cost is listed as $25 for adults and $20 for students K-12; race day registration is $5 more. Insurance is available during registration. The event has a no-refund policy and race entries are non-transferable. Results will be provided by Terra Running Company.
T-shirt and bib information: participants who register prior to January 30 will receive the official event t-shirt; registrations after that date receive shirts while supplies last. T-shirts and bibs are available for pick up on Friday, February 6 at the Margaritaville Hotel at the Pigeon Forge Island. Awards are given to the top 3 male and female overall finishers and top 3 in age-group classifications. Refreshments will be available after the race. Rollerblades and bicycles are not allowed in the event.
