Hog Jog - Smithfield 2026
Hog Jog is a community race day on October 10, 2026, held in Smithfield, Virginia. The event base is 301 Jericho Rd. The in-person 5K follows a scenic mixed-surface course through Windsor Castle Park with river and woodland views.
Available event options include:
- 5K in-person: scenic mixed-surface course through Windsor Castle Park
- Virtual 5K: run or walk any route October 1–31, 2026
- Piglet Kids Run: short spirited youth dash; every finisher gets a keepsake
Registration opens October 25, 2025 for all event types. Registration closes October 5, 2026 for the in-person events and October 9, 2026 for the virtual event. Listed registration fees are $30.00 for the 5K in-person, $30.00 for the Virtual 5K, and $10.00 for the Piglet Kids Run.
The in-person 5K and the Virtual 5K include a race medal and a T shirt. The Piglet Kids Run provides a keepsake for each finisher. The virtual option allows participants to run, walk, or jog any route and submit results during the October 1–31, 2026 submission window.
