Sleigh It at Lake Wailes Park
Sleigh It is a multi-format timed running event held at Lake Wailes Park in Lake Wales, FL. The course consists of repeated 4.17 mile loops that use grass and asphalt surfaces around Lake Wailes. Parking and the Runners Village are located at 33 N Lake Shore Blvd, Lake Wales FL 33853.
Event formats include individual timed races and a team relay. Individual options record how many laps each runner completes in the allotted time. Relay teams may include up to five members with one team member on course at a time; teams choose which runner takes each loop. Teams must complete eight laps for a finish award and all team members receive a finish award.
Aid stations are placed at each end of the out and back sections. Food is available at the Runners Village and includes a variety of grilled and smoked items plus standard aid station supplies such as snacks and soda. All registered runners receive a long sleeve shirt; shirt size is guaranteed for registrations completed by Dec 1 2026. The event is limited to the first 100 entrants and registration closes Dec 16 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.
