Sleigh It (12hr / 6hr / 5 Miler)
Sleigh It is a looped running event held at Lake Wailes Park in Lake Wales, FL. The course is a 5 mile loop around Lake Wailes Lake with surfaces on grass and asphalt. Runners start at the Runners Village, run east to a turnaround, return past the Runners Village to the west side, then head back to the central point at the Runners Village.

Five mile entrants complete one 5 mile lap. Six hour and 12 hour entrants complete as many laps as possible within their time limit; a lap must be finished to count toward the total. Aid stations are located at each end of the out-and-back sections. Parking and the Runners Village are at Lake Wailes Park, 33 N Lake Shore Blvd, Lake Wales FL 33853.
All runners receive a long sleeve shirt. The event is limited to the first 50 entrants. To guarantee shirt size, registration must be completed by Dec 1, 2025. Food at the Runners Village includes hot grilled items such as bacon and pancakes, hotdogs and hamburgers, quesadillas, and smoked or grilled chicken, along with typical race snacks and beverages.
Awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in each distance, with separate master awards for the next male and female over 40. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
